Return window

You may request a return within 7 days of the order being delivered.

Conditions for return

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags/labels intact
• The item must not be damaged due to misuse
• Proof of purchase (order ID) is required

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as innerwear, cosmetics, or items marked "non-returnable" on the product page) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to request a return

Contact us with your order ID and reason for return via email or phone (see below). We'll guide you through pickup or drop-off, and confirm once the returned item passes inspection.

Damaged or wrong item received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item — we'll arrange a free replacement or return at no extra cost to you.
